- How do I open the Task Editor?
Click the ✏️ Editor button in the header or press ⌘E.
- How do I enter tasks in the editor?
Type each task on its own line using - Task Name: 1:30:00. Press ⌘⏎ to replace all tasks or ⇧⌘⏎ to append them.
- How do I paste tasks from the clipboard?
Use ⌘V to replace all tasks or ⇧⌘V to append them.
- How do I start, pause, finish, or resume tasks?
Click a task or use shortcuts: ⌘P to pause, ⌘R to resume the last paused task, and ⌘F to finish the active task. You can also right‑click a task to Finish or Restart.
- How can I see if a task is running?
The menu bar icon blinks gently while a task is active.
- How do I copy a summary of my tasks?
Press ⌘C to copy a time summary for all tasks to the clipboard.
